  • 1 Years warranty on Roland products
  • 1 Years warranty on octapads
  • 6 months warranty on Kustom Sound
  • No warranty on guitars, harmoniums and Indian/hand made instruments (We guarantee to ship damage free products to you)
  • No warranty on any adaptor, cable, covers, stands and accessories ( We assure that we will send you 100% working and tested OK products)
  • We assure that we sell 100% original, brand new, unopened and not defected products on musicmanchester.com
  • We are not responsible for your order’s after sell-service and warranty
  • Music Manchester does not give any warranty personally. However if you find any problem in your instrument you need to visit that product’s service center
  • Music Manchester does not sell any electronic musical instrument which has not any service center in India
  • You need to visit your purchased product’s company’s service center to repair or to claim warranty of your instruments (if that product is in warranty, you will get free warranty and if that company doesn’t give warranty on online purchase than you need to pay for repairing charges)
  • If a company doesn’t give warranty for purchasing online instrument than you are not eligible to claim free warranty, however you can get paid service of any product which you buy online at its service center.

  • If you find any problem in your product after 24 hours, you must need to carry it at its service center (If it’s in warranty you will get free service and if it’s not in warranty you will get paid service)
