1.BOOKING & RESERVATION

Choose your preferred event date, venue, and location.

Select your preferred music genre, performance style, and artist or band.

Share your event details, audience size, and performance requirements.

Contact our team to check artist availability and receive a customized quotation.

Bookings will be confirmed only after approval of the quotation and receipt of the required advance payment.

Any changes to the event date, venue, or performance schedule must be communicated and approved in advance.

Early booking is recommended to ensure artist availability.

3. TRAVEL, FOOD & ACCOMMODATION

Travel expenses are not included in the performance or booking charges.

Food and meal expenses are not included in the quoted price.

Hotel and accommodation expenses are not included in the quoted price.

The client or event organizer is responsible for arranging and covering all travel, food, and accommodation expenses for the artists and accompanying team.

For international events, visa fees, local transportation, airport transfers, and other applicable travel-related expenses will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any special accommodation or travel requirements will be communicated before the booking is finalized.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to artist availability and written confirmation.

An advance payment is required to secure the booking.

The remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.

The performance fee covers only the services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation.

Travel, food, hotel accommodation, and other agreed additional expenses are chargeable separately.

Sound systems, lighting, stage setup, musical equipment, and technical arrangements will be provided by the client unless specifically included in the quotation.

The client must ensure that the venue has the necessary permissions, licenses, and safety arrangements for the event.

Any additional performance time or change in the agreed schedule may incur extra charges.

Cancellation, postponement, and refund terms will be specified in the booking agreement.

Music Manchester will not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.

The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance environment for all artists and crew members.

5. HOW TO BOOK

Approve the quotation and complete the advance payment.
